    Janice Brown is the coach who started it all.   She began this company in 2011 because of her love of gardening. After leaving a 17 year career in education, Janice decided to forge a new, innovative career by merging her passion for gardening with her love of education to create On the Grow . Through On the Grow she is now cultivating her community through educating others about gardening .
